FUNCTIONs and ENQUIRies

We  cater for a wide variety of functions from corporate meetings, celebrations of life/wakes, to barefoot bowls, birthday parties, BBQs and social events. Current Club policy is that we do not concern ourselves with attendees' (Covid) vaccination status, although we do comply with the provisions of Public Health Orders and other regulations in force from time to time.

We have numerous options and the utmost flexibility to suit your needs. Our friendly staff are happy to assist with all your audio visual, entertainment, decoration and security needs. Childrens' parties are a speciality, with our discrete 200sqm indoor space which has its own toilets, a single entrance and adjoins our covered al fresco and BBQ area where waiting adults can enjoy a beverage from us and/or (eg,) an antipasto platter from you. Kiddies can also enjoy our 'off-leash' outdoor facilities including the playhouse and climbing castle. Our 'Den' also has dart boards, a huge TV with free-to-air, Foxtel/Sky or HDMI to your device connection and serves as a training, conference and events venue.

Our caterer can tailor a menu to suit your needs, with a variety of different cocktail and seated-dining options available. We can 'gear-up' to procure whatever (food, beverage, decor, etc) might be required to make your special event a time to remember.

On site parking is available for members and guests; you can leave your car and collect it next day as required. We are close to the 507 bus route, which operates regularly along Morrison Road between Meadowbank and Gladesville. Some of our visitors have caught the ferry to the Kissing Point (F3 route) wharf and had a brisk 15 minute walk to the Club. We are a similar distance from the (vehicular/pedestrian) Putney Punt/Mortlake Ferry landing on the northern side of Parramatta River.

We can work around our competitive bowling commitments on other days).
  • Preferred Date(s) and Timing of Your Event
